TREVISO, Italy - Pinarello majority owner L Catterton today announced that it has sold Pinarello, to a private family office. The terms of the transaction and the name of the new owner have not been disclosed.

ANNECY, France - The iconic brand Mavic has been in receivership since 2 May 2020.
