台灣，台北－上月舉辦的台北展明顯展現出台灣自行車產業正發生的鉅變，逐漸轉向出口電動自行車至歐盟。背後主因為歐盟對中國電動自行車徵收的反傾銷稅，高額稅率對中國的廠商形成障礙，也給了台灣廠商新的契機。不過同時也衍生其他問題，與歐盟原產地及自製率規定有關。

荷蘭，杜廷荷姆（Doetinchem）－電動自行車反傾銷案大局已定，生產也將從中國流向其他國家，包含歐洲。2018年中國進口至歐盟的電動自行車共有75萬台，其中絕大部份都將移地生產。由於這一大部份都將移到歐洲生產，也讓在歐洲採購車架變得更加艱難。Bike Europe在去年11、12月參加台北自行車展及越南展期間，針對鋼管車架及合金車架製造發展做了調查。
