捷克，布拉格(Prague)－做為歐洲自行車產業一個重要的生產基地，捷克今年正享受著電動自行車在當地市場銷售大幅增長。根據客戶進口數據及當地生產統計，電動自行車總體市場預估有65,000輛，與2016相比增長了30%。

比利時，布魯塞爾(Brussels)－應Bike Europe要求，EBMA對電動自行車進口商集團的舉動作出回應，也就是該集團針對EBMA的控訴及反傾銷程序向歐委會提出初步評論。

比利時，布魯塞爾 (Brussels)－歐洲議會於上週五投票贊成歐盟新的貿易防衛條例，包含反傾銷稅應如何成立的新方法。歐洲自行車製造商協會 (EBMA)提出的傾銷控訴文件提到與瑞士製電動自行車比較後，證明了三位數的傾銷差額。

根據HMRC（英國稅務海關總署）提供的資料顯示，英國進口的自行車量在2017年前兩季度的非電動自行車類別中驟降。英國媒體BikeBiz報導該國的自行車市場看來將會達到17年來的最低點。

日本，東京 (Tokyo)－Shimano 2017年9個月的業績指出，零件製造商的主要市場（含歐洲、美國及加拿大）的發展差強人意，自行車零部件銷售的收入僅增長1.4%。 Shimano的銷售收入總額（包含釣具等）同比增長1.8%至2459.69億日元（18億歐元）。

美國，斯科茨谷(Scotts Valley)－為了滿足對於保護頭部相關資訊不斷增長的需求，Bell與Giro推出了一個專門網站HelmetFacts.com。該公司的內部頭盔測試研究所The Dome成立於1954年，發展成為各種頭盔的領先研究、測試及開發研究所。

美國，波德(Boulder)－儘管市場規模仍有限，但電動自行車正逐漸受到美國消費群體的青睞。根據最近的BPSA（自行車產品供應商協會）的研究報告，1月至7月期間的總體市場銷量與營收皆翻了一倍。

FRANKFURT, Germany - Giant Group paid considerable attention to its ESG efforts on its booth at this year's Eurobike. One of the features was the Pre rCarbon push bike, the "r" signifying recycled versions of raw materials. Weighing around 2.4kg it is Giant's first ever complete bike application using its recycle long carbon fiber manufacturing technology.

SHANGHAI, China - E-bike drive system manufacturer, Ananda has opened a new factory in Vietnam to strengthen its worldwide manufacturing capabilities. Already up and running, the factory will meet the growing needs in the US and European markets. Additionally, the company is celebrating a successful listing on the Shanghai stock exchange.

TALLINN, Estonia - Tallinn appears to be a nucleus for e-mobility. The Kõu Group with Ampler and Comodule put Estonian expertise in this field on the map. Now Vok is taking things to the next level: the start-up wants to shake-up up the market with heavy-duty bikes. In any case, it has a unique selling point, with its self-developed serial all-wheel hybrid drive.

TALLINN, Estonia - Building an own mobile application has become easier for e-bike manufacturers with the launch of Comodule's next generation software development kit. The Estonia company expects that user-experience will soon emerge as the main differentiator. "Forward-thinking e-bike manufacturers are well-advised to partner with IoT providers that enable them to develop their own brand apps," writes Comodule.

REICHSHOF, Germany - Tyre manufacturer Schwalbe has reported a turnover of €237 million in 2023, down 30% from a record year in 2022. Dampened consumer sentiment and high inventory levels at all trade levels are cited to have had an impact. Nevertheless, the turnover was still well above the pre-corona level. In 2019, turnover reached €210 million.
