PRZASNYSZ, Poland - The country's largest bicycle manufacturer Kross kept its production running through March and April despite supply chain constraints and staff lay-offs. "Sales are now booming but they have not yet made up for earlier losses," says Kross president Zbigniew Sosnowski about the impact of coronavirus.

The group will gather evidence and produce intelligence that will allow accurate market forecasting, stronger promotion of the industry, and better information for the industry as well as NGOs, policymakers and investors.

REDDITCH, UK - Halfords Group plc, the UK's largest cycling retailer, has posted Q2 results for the 13 weeks to July 3rd showing an incredible 57.1% like-for-like growth in cycling sales. Clearly the impact of coronavirus was a key driver, with the British public turning to two wheels for exercise and transport to work (avoiding public transport) during the lockdown.
