DOETINCHEM, the Netherlands - With the e-bike anti-dumping case now finalized it's clear that production will shift from China to other countries including to Europe. It would involve the production relocation of a big part of the 750,000 electric bicycles that were imported into the EU from China in 2018.

BEIJING, China - The Chinese bicycle industry quickly overcame the factory closures in the beginning of the year and managed to maintain its growth momentum in the first three quarters of 2020, the Chinese Bicycle Association has stated. This steady growth is expected to continue, with all major indicators positively improving.

Since 2017 the company has relied on its own close to the market e-bike production site in Austrian Ziller Valley. Now the activities of local Nox Cycles Austria GmbH, based in Zell am Ziller, will be significantly expanded.

HAIBACH, Germany - Battery manufacturer, E-bike Vision, which started in 2011 with the production of replacement batteries for Panasonic has been renamed to Akku Vision. A growing portfolio outside of the e-bike segment has called for the change.
