This, however, is only the first step. Even bigger investments in logistics capacities are planned to make the company fit to supply to markets that will settle on a much higher level than before Covid.

LUDHIANA, India - Prominent Indian bicycle parts manufacturer Navyug Namdhari Enterprises (NNE) has invested in a third e-bike and bicycle plant and a new alloy frame facility in Ludhiana is set to follow. The total investment in scaling up production is around €12 million.

BRUSSELS, Belgium - The industry takes strong stance against tampering of e-bikes. 15 national bicycle industry associations and 68 companies have become signatories to a self-commitment to prevent the tampering of e-bikes under the umbrella of CONEBI.

美國加州，米爾皮塔斯（MILPITAS）－科技公司Arevo Inc近期宣佈已完成全球規模最大的3D列印工廠，裡面有用來生產碳纖複材架構的增材製造系統。此外，亦同時完成第一批使用3D列印車架的（電動）自行車。他們也持續投資該項技術以求進一步發展。

台灣，台北－為避開像去年台中自行週的種種變數，主辦單位已發出正式聲明宣佈今年的展會將取消舉辦，下一屆會是2022年。

OSAKA, Japan - The unexpected closure of Shimano's Malaysian factory in the past year has had a big impact on the lead times of many of its products, delaying numerous bicycle supplies as a result. However, Shimano has announced the reopening of the factory, which will at least limit these delays.

荷蘭，鹿特丹（ROTTERDAM）－在三月卡住蘇伊士運河共六天的長榮巨型貨櫃輪長賜輪（Ever Given）將於下週三正式離開運河。這幾個月以來，蘇伊士運河管理局（SCA）和日本船東已針對賠償問題達成協議。這艘船上也載有很多（電動）自行車和零件的貨櫃。
