New product award
New this year is the ‘Comparative’ new product award. A jury of industry experts selected a range of 2015 models. In the road category they listed the GT Grade and Look 795 and in the MTB category the Olympia IRON Evo R-1 Di2 as well as the Scott Spark Ultimate Di2. The jury also noted a true explosion of e-bikes introduced on the market and selected the Winora Xduro Nduro RX as number one. In the same category, a special mention for innovation goes to the Sunstar with its system for transforming a traditional bike into an e-bike.
To point out that Padua is located at the heart of the Italian bicycle industry, the Veneto region, ExpoBici created the ‘Storica’ booth which gives a taste of Italian cycling history with the 1948 Wilier Corsa and Campagnolo.
The seventh ExpoBici will take place from September 20 – 22 in the Padua Exhibition Center, Padua, Italy. On Monday September 22, the show is exclusively open to trade visitors. For more information go to www.expobici.it
