ARNHEM, the Netherlands - As previously announced, Specialized has relocated its European Shared Service Center and office for the Dutch and Flemish market from 's Heerenberg to Arnhem, both in the Netherlands. According to recent market research by Multiscope this will result in a market volume of some 1.2 million e-bikes. That's a major hike on top of the already successful market last year.
