比利時，PALL-BERINGEN- 由其同胞Filip Carpentier擁有的Bike Trading NV收購了比利時自行車製造商Minerva NV的所有資產。Minerva NV在2015年6月25日宣告破產。此次收購包括了Minerva、Scoppio、Pure Passion、Pure Comfort和Columbus等品牌名稱。公司名Bike Trading將會改為Minerva BT NV。

美國，LAKE FOREST- Tenneco Inc.在今年七月發表聲明說停止Marzocchi登山車的製造和摩托車前叉避震的業務並清算其Marzocchi業務，此舉在自行車產業裡造成很多動蕩。預計在Interbike會有針對到底發生了什麼事的澄清。
