CLOPPENBURG, Germany - Since 2005, the venerable British bicycle brand Raleigh has been rolling into the German-speaking market as a licensed brand through the Pon Bike Group. With the license contract with Accell Group set to expire at the end of September 2023, both parties have already agreed to transfer Raleigh's DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) distribution back to the Accell Group.

DARMSTADT, Germany - Software developer and owner of It's My Bike, IoT Venture GmbH, has successfully closed a Series A financing round.
