MONTREAL, Canada - Dorel Industries has completed the sale of Dorel Sports, its bicycle segment, to the Dutch mobility group, Pon Holdings. For the sale price of US $810 million, Pon now has brands including Cannondale, Schwinn, GT, Caloi and Mongoose in its hands.

BIEL, Switzerland - Bicycle component brand, DT Swiss ag has acquired high-end German brake manufacturer, Trickstuff gmbh with effect from January 1st, 2022. DT Swiss says the take-over will "further strengthen the company's technological competence with a development site in Germany
