Position Overview: 

Hayes Bicycle Group is seeking a highly experienced, self-motivated Independent Sales Representatives to manage and grow retail partnerships around the EU territory. This is a commission only based role ideal for someone with an existing portfolio in the cycling or outdoor sports industry and established relationships with Independent Bicycle Dealers (IBDs). The right candidate will be deeply passionate about cycling, driven to grow sales, and capable of working autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Territory Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to drive growth of Hayes Bicycle Group brands.
• Sales Growth: Meet or exceed territory sales targets; deliver regular performance reports to the National Sales Manager.
• Product Knowledge: Act as a technical resource, matching Hayes products to dealer needs and ensuring proper use and representation.
• Retailer Support: Facilitate in-store product training, merchandising support, and promotions in coordination with Hayes teams.
• Event Participation: Represent Hayes at key regional events, trade shows, and shop visits to increase visibility and strengthen dealer relationships.
• Market Feedback: Provide timely insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years as an independent rep or contractor in the cycling industry.
• Strong, existing network of IBDs.
• Proven track record of growing territory sales and managing multiple accounts.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
• Must reside within the territory.

Compensation:
This is an independent contractor role. Compensation is commission-based.
