Reporting to: European CEO

Travel: Regular travel within France, South-West Europe and Netherlands headquarters

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Manager to support business growth in France and South-West Europe. This role focuses on developing customer relationships and supporting sales activities in the e-bike and two-wheeler industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with early-stage sales experience who are eager to grow in an international and technical business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support regional sales activities and help implement sales plans
  • Identify and approach potential B2B customers (OEM/ODM)
  • Assist in managing customer relationships and ongoing projects
  • Support quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, supply chain, etc.)
  • Track market trends and share insights with the team
  • Report sales progress and pipeline updates

Requirements

Experience

  • 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (B2B preferred)
  • Experience or interest in e-bikes, bicycles, mobility, or technical products is a plus

Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Ability to work independently with guidance
  • Basic commercial awareness and problem-solving skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred)

Languages

  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in French is a strong plus; other Southern European languages are beneficial
