About the role: DAHON is seeking a highly experienced, self-motivated Independent Sales Representatives to manage and grow retail partnerships around the EU territory. Ideal for someone with an existing portfolio in the cycling or outdoor sports industry and established relationships with Independent Bicycle Dealers (IBDs). The right candidate will be deeply passionate about cycling, driven to grow sales, and capable of working autonomously.

Working with our European retailers, you will represent DAHON to introduce our bicycles ( folding bikes, e-bikes, etc.) to consumers and managing your market with support from our distributors and local agents. This is a long-term partnership for individuals committed to quality, innovation, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Territory Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to drive growth of DAHON Bicycle Group brands.

• Sales Growth:

Meet or exceed territory sales targets; deliver regular performance reports to International Sales Director.

• Product Knowledge Education:

Act as a technical resource, matching DAHON products to retailers and consumers’ needs, ensuring proper use and representation.

• Retailer Support:

Facilitate in-store product training, merchandising support, and promotions in coordination with DAHON teams.

• Event Participation:

Represent DAHON at key regional events, trade shows, and shop visits to increase visibility and strengthen dealer relationships.

• Market Feedback:

Provide timely insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Ideal Sales Representative Profile:

· Minimum 3+ years as an independent rep or contractor in the cycling industry.

· Strong, existing network of IBDs and / or bike dealers.

· Proven track record of growing territory sales and managing multiple accounts.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

· Ability to travel extensively within the territory.

· Must reside within the territory.
