Wholesaler Region: Europe and /or UK Type: Invoice-based About the role: DAHON is seeking established wholesalers to join our European network. You will represent DAHON locally, supplying our bicycles ( folding bikes, e-bikes, etc.) to retailers and managing your market with support from our global team. This is a long-term partnership for companies committed to quality, innovation, and growth. Sales Representative Region: Italy or Scandinavian Region Type: Invoice-based for the first year About the role: DAHON is seeking a highly experienced, self-motivated Independent Sales Representatives to manage and grow retail partnerships in Italy and the Scandinavian Region. Ideal for someone with an existing portfolio in the cycling or outdoor sports industry and established relationships with Independent Bicycle Dealers (IBDs). The right candidate will be deeply passionate about cycling, driven to grow sales, and capable of working autonomously. Working with our retailers, you will represent DAHON to introduce our bicycles ( folding bikes, e-bikes, etc.) to consumers and managing your market with support from our distributors and local agents. This is a long-term partnership for individuals committed to quality, innovation, and growth. Key Responsibilities: • Territory Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to drive growth of DAHON Bicycle Group brands. • Sales Growth: Meet or exceed territory sales targets; deliver regular performance reports to International Sales Director. • Product Knowledge Education: Act as a technical resource, matching DAHON products to retailers and consumers’ needs, ensuring proper use and representation. • Retailer Support: Facilitate in-store product training, merchandising support, and promotions in coordination with DAHON teams. • Event Participation: Represent DAHON at key regional events, trade shows, and shop visits to increase visibility and strengthen dealer relationships. • Market Feedback: Provide timely insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Ideal Sales Representative Profile: · Minimum 3+ years as an independent rep or contractor in the cycling industry. · Strong, existing network of IBDs and / or bike dealers. · Proven track record of growing territory sales and managing multiple accounts. · Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills. · Ability to travel extensively within the territory. · Must reside within the territory. Als Productieleider Wielbouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor de werkplaats en coördineer je het volledige wielbouwproces. Je bewaakt planning en kwaliteit, voert eindcontroles uit en hebt direct contact met klanten. Geen productieaantallen of haastwerk, maar overzicht, vakmanschap en technische diepgang.
