    Leon Cycles owner arrested for suspected violation of anti-dumping rules

    PARIS, France - In a remarkable step the French authorities have detained the Chinese owner of the bicycle brand Leon Cycles Lijun D. for fraud and evasion of e-bike anti-dumping duties. According to the French authorities, the total value of the fraud is estimated at €26 million.
