    Dingyu Manufacturing limits frame production time by 50%

    NANTONG, China - Dingyu Manufacturing has developed a new concept for the manufacturing of custom-made frames whereby customers can choose from various dropouts, head tubes, motor brackets for Shimano, Bosch and Bafang systems. All components and tubes are designed to limit the number of welds to five.

    Timyo owner opens in-house frame building factory

    NANTONG, China - To ease the company's supply chain and to be less dependent on external suppliers, a new frame building factory has been set up in China by the owner of Timyo e-bikes. "Last June lead-times got completely out of control due to COVID-19. We decided to take matters into our own hands and establish our own frame building," explains Nantong Dingyu Vehicle Industry CO. LTD CEO Steve Zhu. By late September the first series were already made.
