    Gocycle's new American owner eyes European expansion

    MUNICH, Germany - The future of Gocycle has come into sharper focus following confirmation that its maker, Karbon Kinetics Ltd., has partnered with a new investor. Founder and designer Richard Thorpe first hinted at the development in November, describing the partner as a "highly respected and competent" player in the e-bike industry. Now operating under the umbrella of an undisclosed company, Gocycle is entering a new chapter - raising questions about who's behind the brand's next move and what this means for its presence in the European market.

    LONDON, UK - Award-winning e-bike brand Gocycle has started a crowdfunding campaign to launch its new range of urban folding bikes. Founder and CEO of Gocycle owner Karbon Kinetics Ltd Richard Thorpe explains why he turned to this tentative way of funding, having founded the company already in 2002.     Brexit prompts Gocycle to open EU subsidiary in the Netherlands

    LONDON, UK - To improve its growing EU customer base, Gocycle has announced the opening of its new European subsidiary. The Netherlands-based subsidiary will include localised EU-wide fulfilment from a central distribution center in Germany. The warehouse will stock and distribute Gocycle products and accessories, fulfilling the brand's orders across the European Union.
