    LONDON, UK - BP subsidiary Castrol has invested €46.7 million in the battery-swapping ecosystems provider Gogoro. Castrol, a global leader in lubricants, recently announced a new strategy and wants to focus on the changing market demand in view of the expanding electric mobility market.

    TAIPEI, Taiwan - On 23 June, Taiwan's e-motor scooter pioneer Gogoro Inc. and electronics giant Hon Hai Technology Co, Ltd., better known as Foxconn, signed a memorandum of understanding for a strategic technology and manufacturing partnership.

    Gogoro gets set to enter European e-bike market

    TAOYUAN, Taiwan - Following a successful initial launch in the US, Taiwanese battery swapping and electric scooter company, Gogoro is bringing its Eeyo 1 e-bike offering to Europe. With distribution agreements in several European countries, the Eeyo 1 will be available in France beginning October 2. Gogoro hopes their "E-urban" concept will change the perception of an e-bike.

    Gogoro to launch first e-bike in US market

    TAOYUAN, Taiwan - Gogoro, the Taiwanese-based electric scooter and battery manufacturer, has announced plans to enter the US e-bike market in May with the launch of a product named Eeyo. A European product launch will follow later in the summer.
