    Dahon applies for IPO at Hong Kong stock exchange

    SHENZHEN, China - Folding bike manufacturer, Dahon is seeking capital and submitted an IPO prospectus to the Hong Kong stock exchange earlier this year. The company reports it is planning to list on the main board, with China Securities International serving as the sole sponsor.

    Ananda pursuing rapid growth with IPO and new Vietnamese factory

    SHANGHAI, China - E-bike drive system manufacturer, Ananda has opened a new factory in Vietnam to strengthen its worldwide manufacturing capabilities.     IPO for Giant Group subsidiary in Shanghai rejected

    SHANGHAI, China - On 16 June 2022 Giant Manufacturing Co., Ltd. filed an application for listing and trading of its China subsidiary D.Mag (Kunshan) New Material Technology Co. Ltd. on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE). The Shanghai Stock Exchange Listing Review Committee rejected the application on 6 July.

    Trademark dispute between AC/DC's Bon Scott and Scott Sports SA concluded

    GIVISIEZ, Switzerland - With a recent ruling of the UK Intellectual Property Office the case between the owners of the name of AC/DC's lead singer Bon Scott and Scott Sports SA the legal dispute has come to an end. Scott Sports had filed the case in 2020/2021 with regard to the application of the trademark for clothing items and sunglasses.
