    Woom revenue grows 27% in 2025, defying market headwinds

    "Growing against the grain" was Woom's motto for 2025, with the Austrian kids' bike manufacturer reaching several key milestones despite unfavourable market conditions. The company's revenue already surpassed the total turnover for the previous year in July 2025, and it went on to achieve its most successful year on record.

    Woom revenue up 41% against wider industry downturn

    VIENNA, Austria - Austrian kids' bicycle supplier Woom GmbH is continuing its growth path with strong half-year results. In the first half of 2025, Woom has achieved its best half-year results since it launched in 2013. Revenue rose by about 41% compared to 2024, reaching €90.1 million.

    Corratec to produce Woom bikes in Romania factory

    TIMISOARA, Romania - Woom is progressing with its nearshoring strategy and bringing a strong production partner on board with German manufacturer Corratec. From Q1 2026, the German bike manufacturer Corratec will be making woom bikes for the European market at its factory in Timișoara in Romania.

    Woom appoints new CEO to push internationalisation

    VIENNA, Austria - Children and youth bike manufacturer Woom has appointed Bernd Hake as CEO. He succeeds Paul Fattinger, who is leaving by mutual agreement after three years in charge. According to the company, the change in management is a further step in its development from a start-up to an established international brand.
