AMSTERDAM, the Netherlands - Pon Holdings continues to expand its position in the bicycle market with the take-over of scaleup Veloretti. This e-bike and bicycle brand was founded in 2012 and the company expects to generate a turn-over of € 42 million this year.

BERLIN, Germany - To recycle all elements of lithium-ion batteries in key markets across Europe, leading micro-mobility provider Tier has entered an agreement with recycling company Remondis.

DENKENDORF, Germany - Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP) is the new majority shareholder of Pinion, alongside the Pinion founders, managing directors and shareholders. ZEIST, the Netherlands - The first half of 2022 saw a brisk increase in speed-pedelec sales in the Netherlands. From January to June the number of registered speed-pedelec increased to 2,129 units, or 11% more than the same period in 2021. After that followed a completely different period.
