美國，鹽湖城- Black Diamond今年10月8日正式宣布完成出售瑞典滑雪和自行車服飾公司POC給 Investcorp Group (Dainese的母公司)的交易。Dainese是一家義大利摩托車和登山車的運動服飾公司。

SALT LAKE CITY, USA - Last October 8 Black Diamond officially announced the complete sale of Swedish ski and bike apparel company POC to Investcorp Group; owner of Dainese. This is the Italian sportswear company for motorcycling and mountainbiking.

VIENNA, Austria - Bike sales in Austria turned around last year, compared to a disappointing 2013. Due to a rainy summer Austrians bought 6.8% fewer bikes in 2013. Better conditions in 2014 boosted sales again with a 5.1% increase. Also in Austria, e-bikes were outperforming all other categories.

STUTTGART, Germany - Distributor Paul Lange Group announced that its subsidiaries in the DACH-region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) as well as in the Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Slovakia and Ukraine are now also distributing: "Tyres, tubes and other products of the Schwalbe brand."

美國，WESTPORT- Vista Outdoor Inc.從Compass Diversified Holdings (Codi)私募股權公司買下了Camelbak Products LLC。Camelbak出售的價格將會依據企業的總價值，也就是3.717億歐元。預計下個月內出售交易就會完成。

WESTPORT, USA - Vista Qutdoor Inc. acquired Camelbak Products LLC from private equity firm Compass Diversified Holdings (Codi). The sale price for Camelbak will be based on a total enterprise value of 371.7 million euro. The divestiture is expected to close within the next month.

瑞士，GRENCHEN - 緊接在其電動自行車品牌Stromer之後，BMC Group也將捨棄Bergamont。Bike Europe在2015年的五月刊中採訪BMC執行長Erwin Steinmann，這位瑞士自行車製造商表示根據他的新品牌策略，他已宣布將其德國公司Bergamont Fahrrad Vertrieb GmbH賣給同樣來自瑞士的競爭對手Scott Sports SA。這項交易於六月底定案。

GRENCHEN, Switzerland - Next to its e-bike brand Stromer BMC Group is also divesting Bergamont. As part of a new brand strategy, on which Bike Europe interviewed BMC's CEO Erwin Steinmann in its May 2015 edition, the Swiss bike maker has announced to sell its German Bergamont Fahrrad Vertrieb GmbH to competitor and countryman Scott Sports SA. The deal was finalized at the end of June.
