    葡萄牙自行車出口成長38%

    Accell Western Europe adopts flexible approach to steer through supply disruptions

    EDE, The Netherlands - "The problems in the supply chain are still very present," tells Accell Western Europe's regional director Epco Vlugt to Bike Europe during the company's annual dealer show.     Pon.Bike opens new Kalkhoff factory in Germany

    EMSTEK, Germany - Production started already in March this year, but last Thursday September 15, Pon.Bike celebrated the official opening of the new Kalkhoff facility. Stretching over 28,000 square meters and next to the warehouse built in 2016, the factory houses an ultra-modern assembly and painting facilities.

    No stopping Portuguese bike exports as growth reaches 38%

    AGUEDA, Portugal - Portuguese exports in the two-wheel and soft mobility sector grew 38% in the first half of 2022, Eurostat data confirms. Importantly, e-bike exports grew by more than 60%. For the third consecutive year, Portugal continues to be the largest bike producer in Europe.

    EU regulations for electric micromobility insufficient and inappropriate

    Taiwan rebrands Taipei Cycle 2023 while export hikes

    TAIPEI, Taiwan - From January to July 2022, the export value of Taiwan's bicycle, e-bikes, and bicycle parts reached $5 billion (€5 billion), with a year-on-year growth of 29%.
