MILAN, Italy - Pirelli is now offering a specific tyre for the winter season ideal for urban bikes and e-bikes. The CYCL-e Winter (WT) tyre is designed to be used on difficult city asphalts, very cold surfaces (even below 0°C) or surfaces dusted with snow.

LONDON, UK - According to the latest statistics published by the UK government, 2020 has shown huge growth in the value of e-bikes imported into the UK. For the first time, the value of e-bikes imported from other EU countries overtook those from outside the EU. In the first nine months of 2020, the total value of e-bike imports already stood at around €109.56 million. This is a 31% hike in value compared to €89.78 million for the full 12 months in 2019.

PARIS, France - Velco, the French company who focuses on OEM components for bike and e-bike connectivity, has raised €5 million in funds. These funds will be dedicated to "staying ahead of the competition" and developing the sales outside of France,

GIRONA, Spain - In early November, Sea Otter Europe announced that next year's event will take place in Girona from 24 to 26 September. This is a move away from its usual dates at the end of May. Gearing up for the fourth edition, the organisers have stated that "Sea Otter Europe continues with growth forecast in all its areas."
