    英國,倫敦(LONDON)-目前中國製電動自行車輸出至英國需被徵收18.8%至79.3%的進口稅,在英國脫歐之後,情況亦有所改變。該國貿易救濟局(Trade Remedies Authority,簡稱TRA)經過一陣調查後,認定針對中國製電動自行車徵收反傾銷與反補貼雙稅「不符合英國的經濟利益」,應予以撤銷。

    WASHINGTON, USA - The initial investigations into Accell Group-owned Babboe for selling defective cargo bikes caused a stir earlier this year in the Netherlands and across Europe. Owners had been told to stop riding their Babboe due to the hazard of breaking frames months ago, but only on 20 June the US Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a recall notification.

    UK considering revoking anti-dumping duties on Chinese e-bikes

    LONDON, UK - Existing tariffs on e-bikes imported into the UK from China range from 18.8% to 79.3%. These measures were transitioned when the UK left the EU following Brexit. Following a period of investigation the Trade Remedies Authority (TRA) has now deemed that keeping anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures on Chinese e-bikes "would not be in economic interest of the UK" and should be revoked.
