Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager Southern Europe to drive business development and sales growth across key Southern European markets.
The successful candidate will take full commercial responsibility for the region, focusing on ODM and OEM B2B customers in the e-bike, e-mobility, and related industries. This role requires a self-driven, entrepreneurial professional who can operate independently while maintaining close alignment with the CEO and senior management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
· Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for Southern Europe in alignment with company objectives
· Acquire, manage, and grow ODM / OEM B2B customer relationships
· Identify new business opportunities, RFQs, and strategic partnerships within the e-bike and e-mobility ecosystem
· Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures
· Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to SOP and long-term account development
Account & Relationship Management
· Act as the primary commercial contact for customers in Southern Europe
· Build long-term partnerships based on trust, performance, and technical alignment
· Coordinate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
· Represent customer needs internally and ensure timely feedback to headquarters
Market & Strategic Intelligence
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing dynamics, and regulatory developments
· Provide structured market feedback and forecasts to the CEO and management team
· Support strategic decisions related to product positioning, localization, and portfolio development
Internal Coordination & Reporting
· Report directly to the CEO with clear sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics
· Ensure accurate CRM usage and structured sales reporting
· Support cross-functional alignment between sales, R&D, quality, and operations
Required Qualifications & Experience
Professional Experience
· Expectation of 5 years of B2B sales experience in:
. E-bikes, e-mobility, bicycle components, automotive, or related technical industries
· Proven experience with OEM / ODM business models
· Strong understanding of European e-bike market dynamics, customer expectations, and certification requirements
· Experience working with Asian manufacturing or supply chains is a strong advantage

· High level of self-responsibility and autonomy
· Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into action
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to operate in a multicultural, international business environment
Education
· HBO / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
Languages
· Fluent in English (mandatory)
· Fluency in at least one Southern European language (Italian, Spanish, and/or French) is strongly preferred
