Production began in 2021 at the ambitious project based at Hero Industrial Park (HIP) on the outskirts of Ludhiana. Here the company eventually aims to capture a sizeable share of the surging global bicycle and e-bike market.

For 2021/22, the company's ongoing expansion plans are said to be the backbone of achieving a two-digit sales increase.

HAIBACH, Germany - E-bike battery specialist Akku Vision has hit a new milestone by launching two new intube models to its collection. Available in spring 2022, the Bosch compatible intube models will be available in 17.5 Ah and 12.8 Ah capacities.

YPRES, Belgium - Minerva Cycling is the new name for all activities of Formula Cycling and Minerva Bike Trading, which have now been combined. Minerva Bike Trading used to focus on distribution to IBDs while wholesalers supply was the core business of Formula Cycling.
