LONDON, England - Last-mile electric fleet solution provider Zoomo is partnering with EAV (Electric Assisted Vehicles) to extend its product portfolio to suit all urban logistics use cases. The partnership will see EAV e-cargo bikes integrated into the Zoomo platform in the UK and Europe.

FRANKFURT, Germany - Eurobike will have at least 400 new exhibitors when it returns to Frankfurt this year. Not only is the number of participating exhibitors increasing, the expo area will also be expanded compared to last year, the organisers Fairnamic have announced. Eurobike will be held from June 21 to 25 in Messe Frankfurt.

DEVA, Romania - The announced insolvency of Prophete Group last December immediately raised questions about the impact on the Eurosport DHS SA operation in Romania. Prophete holds 47.5% of the Romanian company. Reason enough for Eurosport DHS CEO Tianqi Yang to issue an official statement on the current situation.

BOCHOLT, Germany - Bicycle manufacturer and omnichannel provider Rose Bikes, has 45,000 bicycles in stock that cannot be assembled due to missing parts. Furthermore, the brand has also slashed sales prices by 15%, probably to improve the company's cash position.

MILAN, Italy - The character of the Italian industry show EICMA has changed considerably over the past few years. The bicycle industry returned to this Milan based event six years ago thanks to the e-bike. This year the motorbike industry has clearly embraced the promising market of e-bikes while the bicycle industry itself was almost absent this year, with some exceptions.

SHENZHEN, China - Topband, the Chinese manufacturer of controllers, motors and lithium batteries for a range of industries is entering the e-bike mid-motor market for the first time. Building up from batteries to a complete e-bike drive system offering, the company displayed its new lightweight motor at Eurobike.

FRANKFURT, Germany - Danish start-up Pentalock enjoyed its second ever outing to Eurobike for this year's event. In contrast to a year ago, the anti-theft solution is making a market entrance in the Netherlands and is ready to scale-up production as CEO and co-founder Emil Norup explained to Bike Europe.

TAIPEI, Taiwan - In March 2023 the physical edition of the Int'l Taipei Cycle Show will open its door again, organiser TAITRA has announced. As the world is gradually lifting its travel restrictions and co-existing with COVID-19, TAITRA expects more international visitors to attend the show.

HEERENVEEN, the Netherlands - The extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Accell Group, which took place on Friday 20th May, voted in favour of the recommended public offer. Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. LP (KKR) and Teslin Alpine Acquisition initial offer was €58 making the total amount €1.56 billion.

VICENZA, Italy - For component manufacturer Campagnolo the market boom and supply chain constraints have triggered a renewed ambition to increase the global brand awareness and salience.
