    Arevo stops 3D-printed SuperStrata bike production

    HO CHI MINH CITY, Vietnam - 3D-print frames were regarded as the next step in mass production of high-end frames. In January 2021, the Silicon Valley-based company Arevo invested $19.5 million (€17.8 million) in a high-tech factory in Vietnam. This operation has been terminated.

    Arevo expands its 3D printing facilities as frame shipments begin

    MILPITA, USA - Technology company, Arevo Inc has announced not only "the completion of the world's largest 3D printing facility for carbon fiber composite additive manufacturing", but also the first shipment of bicycles and e-bikes with frames out of the 3D printer.

    Arevo takes carbon frame printing to the next level

    MILPITAS, USA - Carbon frame printer Arevo has announced the introduction of the next generation high speed additive manufacturing system for large continuous carbon fiber composite structures. In addition to higher quality, the Aqua 2 is able to print four times faster than its predecessor. This enables the rapid, on-demand production of large (up to one cubic meter) custom composite parts.

    Superstrata presents custom 3D-printed monocoque carbon frames

    MILPITAS, USA - Californian Arevo presented a world's first custom monocoque carbon 3D printed bicycle frame at Eurobike 2019. Initially Avero partnered with small local bicycle supplier. Avero has now introduced its owns bicycle and e-bike brand called Superstrata.
