比利時，布魯塞爾－位盧森堡的歐盟高等法院於1月26日在兩起反規避上訴案件中，對中國製自行車出口到歐盟成員國轉運業務的反傾銷稅行為進行裁決。歐盟自行車製造商協會(EBMA)正在用其中一個案件來敦促歐盟委員會針對規避行為設立更嚴格的規範。

比利時，布魯塞爾－位盧森堡的歐盟高級法院在兩起上訴案件中對中國製自行車出口到歐盟成員國的反傾銷行為進行轉運業務反規避的裁決。保加利亞自行車製造商Maxcom有限公司、歐盟理事會和歐盟委員會向斯里蘭卡公司City Cycle Industries和Chin Haur Indonesia提出上訴。
