SUZHOU, China - Chinese battery producer Phylion announced a new entity, Joycube, in November 2023, to focus on the e-bike and LEV segment. Amongst the new battery products for the gravel and cargobike sectors on display at Taipei Cycle, the rebranding to Joycube was clearly visible.

SUZHOU, China - The rapidly growing e-bike market stood at the base of Phylion Battery's success in the past 20 years. Since its foundation in 2003, it has become one of the main suppliers of e-bike batteries. At the 20th anniversary celebration, the company announced the start of an all-new activity.

SUZHOU, China - At this year's Taipei cycle show, Chinese battery manufacturer, Phylion took the opportunity to show its new self-developed flagship battery cell models, the Golden Brick Version 30110 and 19118 Battery Cells, and the first generation of its weather resistant Sodium-ion battery cell. The manufacturer predicts this could bring in a new era for e-bike batteries.

SUZHOU, China - To support the growth in the e-bike market in Europe, battery manufacturer Phylion has two new additions to its product range - a 21700 battery cell solution and a self-developed dual battery solution. The company is also hinting at new production bases in Europe.

SUZHOU, China - At a total investment of RMB 5 billion (€725 mln), Phylion has signed an agreement for the building of a 16GWh Power Battery Project in Yancheng in the Jiangsu province. The entire production line will adopt the most advanced production equipment.

SUZHOU, China - E-bike battery manufacturer, Phylion, has received a new strategic investment of 950 million yuan (€135 million). The total financing round is expected to reach 1.5 billion yuan (€210 million), with which the company plans to accelerate its innovation in technology, products and business strategy to create more value for the lithium battery industry.
