Syntace GmbH is already working on a restructuring and states that ongoing business operations are fully guaranteed. All orders and inquiries via the online shops will be processed as usual, as well as deliveries to IBDs and the Liteville products spare parts supply chain.

Since 6 March a new chapter begins for the German bike brand. The financial details of the deal have not been disclosed by either party.
