Soon after Porsche AG and Pon Holdings established the joint venture P2 eBike GmbH in 2022, investors openly stated that creating a new e-bike brand was not the best way to move forward in the industry.

Furthermore, in a turnaround from previous announcements, the high-tech brand Greyp Bikes will be discontinued and the technology absorbed into Porsche's other activities.
