    Time Sport targets doubling production volume in 2022 after take-over

    LITTLE ROCK, USA - One year after Cardinal Cycling Group purchased Time Sport from Rossignol Group, the new owner is satisfied in the development of the brand. According to Tony Karklins, CEO of the parent company, production volumes are set to rise in 2022.

    SRAM purchases Time Sport pedal business from Rossignol Group

    CHICAGO, USA - SRAM is the new owner of the entire range of road and mountain bike pedals, cleats, and all related patents of Time Sport. The iconic brand Time Sports has finally been split-up between two companies now previous owner Rossignol Group and SRAM concluded the agreement on 18 February.

    Rossignol sells Time Sport to Cardinal Cycling Group

    SAINT-JEAN-DE-MOIRANS, France - Rossignol Group and Cardinal Cycling Group have finalised an agreement regarding the sale of Time Sport. Cardinal Cycling Group will acquire the brand's carbon-frame factory, its trademark license and intellectual property for bikes and frames.
