    Akku Vision acquires German circuit board assembler jvi

    HAIBACH, Germany - Battery manufacturer Akku Vision GmbH has acquired 51% of its supplier in the field of battery management systems, the company jvi gmbh. The acquisition came into effect on 1st July 2022.

    Shimano forecast reflects concerns over 2023 market development

    OSAKA, Japan - Once again, Shimano reported a major increase in net sales last year, despite the slowdown in bicycle sales compared to 2021. However, Shimano also raises its concern over the global market and forecasts a 20% decline in net sales for 2023 for the whole company.

    Stromer reports 17% sales increase in 2022

With global sales up 17% the company is looking positively to 2023 and again has set a goal of double-digit growth. Personnel changes are being made to support this ambition.
