The German industry association has also been forced to replace board member Severine Lönne of Cycle Union/Prophete due to the insolvency situation in these companies.

TALINN, Estonia - To strengthen their joint position in the micro-mobility industry, two Estonian companies Ampler and Kõu Mobility Group have signed an investment and share-swap agreement. Kõu Mobility took over 51% of the Ampler share for an undisclosed amount.
POOLE, England - E-bike sharing platform Beryl is gearing up for the next stage of its growth after securing a £2 million (€2.25 mln) investment. The funding will support the micro-mobility firm in upscaling its UK manufacturing base with a new factory and develop its new e-bike model.
