    EU Commission lowers anti-dumping duties for Giant Kunshan

    BRUSSELS, Belgium - The European Commission has agreed on the final judgement of the General Court of the European Union and imposed anti-dumping and anti-subsidy duties on e-bikes from China made by Giant Electric Vehicle (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. The Commission also decided to lower the duty from 24.6% to 13.8%.

    Giant Group takes minority stake in Stages Cycling

    TAIPEI, Taiwan - Two filings from bicycle producer Giant Manufacturing Company Ltd., ran over the ticker of the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) on 20th January. Both filings are related to an investment in the US indoor cycling specialist Stages Cycling LLC.

    CHICAGO, USA - SRAM has announced the acquisition of Hammerhead, a leading cycling technology company and maker of the Karoo 2 cycling computer.
