HAUSEN, Germany - YT Industries GmbH filed for insolvency in September after its primary investor withdrew funding, a move that ultimately led to the shutdown of YT Industries USA. On Nov. 15, 2025, the newly founded Young Talent Industries GmbH rose out of the ashes and began operations at the Hausen headquarters, once again led by founder Markus Flossmann. DRESDEN, Germany - E-commerce platform Bike24 Holding AG has continued its strong growth path in the third quarter of 2025. The company recorded revenue growth of 31.7% to €82.8 million in the reporting quarter. In the first nine months, revenue rose by 25.5% from €176 million in 2024 to €220.9 million this year. Significant growth was achieved in all European markets, driven by localisation strategy and a strong core market in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

BRUSSELS, Belgium - The Benelux countries and the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) are joining forces with MyBike and other bicycle registration systems to tackle cross-border bicycle theft in a structural way. The partners presented a joint position paper in Brussels this November with concrete recommendations for a systematic European approach to organised bicycle theft, which often crosses borders.

SCHRAMBERG, Germany - The expected weakness in the e-bike segment in the first nine months of 2025 resulted in a 42% drop in revenue at the e-bike component manufacturer. For hGears, even the positive development of e-tools and e-mobility could not offset the slowdown in the e-bike segment, which continued into the third quarter of this year.

TAICHUNG, Taiwan - In the first three quarters of 2025, Taiwan's third-largest bicycle manufacturer, Ideal Bike Corporation, achieved total sales of NT$1.91 billion (€53.09 million).
