PLOVDIV, Bulgaria - Bicycle manufacturer, Maxcom, and the Austrian motorcycle and electric bicycle manufacturer, Pierer Group, have signed an agreement for the investment of more than BGN60 million (€31 million) for a new e-bike factory.
