GIVISIEZ, Switzerland - What a "gift": Just before Christmas, the arbitration tribunal of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris confirmed that long-time patron Beat Zaugg must definitively sell all his Scott Sport shares to majority shareholder Youngone Corporation.
