Tektro Technology Corporation is strategically expanding its global manufacturing network through the construction of a brand-new production facility in Vietnam. The Taiwanese bicycle component manufacturer officially broke ground on this major Southeast Asian project in October 2025. Once fully operational, this state-of-the-art facility will serve as its third global production base, joining the company's established manufacturing hubs in Taiwan and China.

Bosch has again chosen to work closely alongside TRP, the premium brand of the Taiwanese component specialist Tektro, to focus on advancing innovations in e-bikes. In their first collaboration, ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) was the focus. Now, automatic electronic shifting systems take centre stage.
