台灣,台中-Giant Group自家品牌在歐美市場,尤其美國的庫存過剩,持續影響該集團財務表現。其董事會表示,2024年合併營收新台幣712.8億元(約19.8億歐元),年減7.4%。儘管2024年整體財務指標皆呈負成長,該集團對2025年展望仍抱持樂觀態度。

為降低庫存,業界普遍採取減價促銷策略,亦導致毛利大幅下滑。Giant Group更因庫存減損,對2024年財務一次性認列虧損19億元(約5,280萬歐元)。該集團毛利率從2023年22.1%降至19%。若排除認列影響,其2024年毛利率為21.7%。           

營業費用率增加

雖然營業費用低於2023年,但總營收下滑,2024年營業費用率增加至16.4%,高於2023年15.9%,因此營業利益減少60%。該集團稅後淨利從2023年33.9億元(約9,400萬歐元)降至去年12.6億元(約3,500萬歐元),降幅達62.8%。

2024年Q4,Giant Group合併營收達135.9億元(約3.78億歐元),年減8.5%。由於歐美市場大幅減價促銷、中國市場銷售趨緩,加上庫存認列損失,該集團毛利率降至13.5%。若排除認列影響,其Q4毛利率為18%。

第四季表現不佳

2024年Q4毛利下降幅度大於營業費用減少幅度,Q4產生營業損失10.4億元(約2,890萬歐元),稅前淨損為9.2億元(約2,560萬歐元)。因季度虧損,所得稅利益為3,700萬元(約1,000萬歐元),稅後淨損為9.1億元(約2,530萬歐元)。

2025年獲利將回升

Giant Group預計2025年整體庫存情況將有所改善。去年Q4表現未達預期後,消費者需求將保持穩定,預計2025年獲利將回升。
