MUNICH, Germany - Govecs Group GmbH, which claims to be "The leading manufacturer of electric scooters in Europe", has bought all assets of the Elmoto e-lightweight motorcycle brand from ID-Bike GmbH.

ATTENDORN, Germany - As experts in lightweight automotive products, the German Muhr and Bender KG will present a range of e-bike products at Eurobike. According to project manager Martino Lupo, "this includes an ultra-light CFRP frame and a geared e-bike drivetrain unit."

HAAR, Germany - Late February, e-bike drivetrain producer BionX Canada Inc. had to file for bankruptcy in Canada. On June 15 the bankruptcy sale of part of BionX Canada was approved by court while the remaining business activities were closed.
