FOSHAN, China - Shihe Electric is the new owner of Ttium Motor Technology, better known in the market as Motinova. Foshan-based Shihe Electric acquired 55% of the shares, effective October 17, as reported by Ttium Motor Technology in a letter to its customers and industry partners.

HO CHI MINH CITY, Vietnam - Taiwan's renowned bicycle frame builder Astro Tech Co., Ltd. celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony for its new production facility in Phu Chanh Industrial Park (north of Ho Chi Minh City) last Tuesday. Having produced for 24 years in Vietnam already, mass production in the new factory is scheduled to start in the fourth quarter of 2026.

After strategically expanding last year with a new factory in Vietnam to boost production capacity and enhance global compliance—especially for the European and U.S. markets—Ananda has now upgraded its Wuxi factory in China with advanced testing and assembly equipment. This facility, one of Ananda's five global factories, produces the majority of the company's e-bike systems.

TAICHUNG, Taiwan - Frame manufacturer Astro-Tech Co., Ltd. has clearly outlined its strategic direction for its future development initiative. Astro-Tech president Samuel Hu gave Bike Europe a look into what these plans entail, which includes the construction of a new production facility in Vietnam, where Astro-Tech has been producing frames for 24 years.
